Man United's future - A discussion between Marcus Rashford with Erik ten Hag

Mikel Arteta has established a track record of acquiring underperforming players and restoring their spark; his next venture appears to be a Manchester United player.

While playing for Real Sociedad, Martin Ødegaard and Bayer Leverkusen, respectively, demonstrated remarkable promise, they were unable to achieve the same degree of success at Real Madrid and Chelsea.

Both players were able to maximize their potential because to Arteta's skillful integration of them into Arsenal's structure.
Marcus Rashford, who had a challenging 2023–24 season under Erik ten Hag, is now at a crossroads. Even a berth in Gareth Southgate's England squad for the Euros was denied to the Englishman.

As a result, he has been connected to a move to Arsenal. As stated by GMS, the North London company has talked about the United Academy product in meetings.

Rashford isn't lobbying for a move out of Old Trafford, thus it's understood that the move is unlikely to happen.
Rather, confrontational discussions between the 26-year-old and Ten Hag are anticipated to delve into specifics over his position on the squad for the forthcoming campaign.

Rashford is eager to recover and surpass his goal total from the 2022–2023 season.

The England star's most difficult season to date was probably the one when he was most scrutinized for his difficulties both on and off the field.
Rashford's offensive play is said to have suffered as a result of the Dutch coach's desire to make room for new striker Rasmus Hojlund.

Rashford, though, should anticipate being a "key part" of United's front line from the beginning of the following campaign, and the coach of the team is prepared to outline his future plans for him.

Even with his patchy performances, Rashford is still United's poster child, and most fans would undoubtedly prefer to see him flourish at Old Trafford than find success elsewhere.
